Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with focus on operational/GA categories (not HRD procurement).
- Strong knowledge of vendor landscape for packaging materials, consumables, and services.
- Familiar with procurement and supply chain SOPs.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Highly organized, fast-paced, and target-oriented.
- Strong sense of integrity, responsibility, and initiative.
- Able to work both strategically and operationally.
- Preferably has experience in using procurement/ERP tools (e.g., Odoo).
- Industry background in FMCG or beauty is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Prefer candidates from companies with high purchasing complexity and volume.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full procurement cycle: receive and process Purchase Requests (PR), source and evaluate vendors, negotiate terms, create Purchase Orders (PO), track deliveries, and coordinate with Finance for billing and payment.
- Procure a wide range of GA-related needs, including consumables (e.g., cardboard/packaging) and services (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, subscriptions).
- Build and maintain a reliable and diverse vendor database.
- Coordinate with internal users (especially warehouse and GA teams) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of needs.
- Monitor delivery timelines and follow up with vendors to avoid delays.
- Analyze spending patterns and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports, including cost-saving analysis.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal SOPs and supply chain standards.
