Process Engineer Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory- and production-scale process simulations, and provide process documentation as well as operating instructions.
• Develop Working Instructions and deliver training to operators for new or revised procedures.
• Perform studies related to improvements and modifications of plant conditions, and propose the most feasible and efficient solutions.
• Provide technical analysis related to production processes and engineering modifications to ensure best practices and safety compliance.
• Develop detailed documentation to track progress of processes and engineering projects.
• Analyze production samples together with Quality Control and Research & Development teams for further discussion to meet defined quality standards.
• Monitor and manage process operating conditions while collaborating with the Maintenance team on engineering-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Chemical Engineering or related field).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the chemical/manufacturing industry (Fresh Gradute are welcome to apply)
• Knowledge of machinery and production processes.
• Strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
