PPIC Staff (Xpeng - Purwakarta)

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and capacity alignment.
• Monitor production progress and update plans accordingly to avoid delays or bottlenecks
• Generate material requirement plans based on production needs.
• Monitor raw material availability and submit procurement requests as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production downtime.
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and finished goods.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock accuracy and FIFO implementation.

Requirement:

• 1 year of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory controlpreferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Freshly graduated, welcome to apply, especially from an Industrial Engineering Background
• Good knowledge of production planning and inventory control principles.
• Familiar with ERP or MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local systems).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
