Work closely with sales teams to identify client technical needs and craft customized solutions design technical architectures, ROI models, and proposals.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), workshops, and solution walkthroughs to prospective clients .
Author technical sections of RFP/RFI responses, Solution Briefs, and Bill-of-Materials.
Act as technical liaison between clients, sales, product, and implementation teams ensuring seamless handoff from presales to deployment.
Provide product and market feedback to internal teams to refine offerings and strategy .
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies (e.g., cloud, IoT, APIs), and competitor landscapes.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Minimum 25 years in presales engineering, technical consulting, support-engineering, or related roles.
Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
Solid understanding HRIS industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the capacity to deliver engaging technical presentations to both technical stakeholders and business executives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillscapable of handling multiple deals and priorities.
