Responsibilities:
- Plan, evaluate, and develop strategies to achieve company targets.
- Monitor and evaluate branch sales performance regularly.
- Ensure the availability of medical tools and materials.
- Ensure all operational functions run smoothly.
- Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and branch teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the achievement of the Patient Satisfaction Index.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor&aposs degree (S1).
- 2+ years as Area Manager or 5+ years as supervisor or similar level
- Able to do planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the team.
- Proven skills in leadership, persuasive verbal and written communication, negotiation.
