We are hiring an Area Operations Manager to ensure operational excellence and create consistent, patient-first experiences across our network.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across multiple clinics to ensure compliance, consistency, and patient-centered service delivery
- Translate organizational strategies into clear regional action plans with measurable outcomes
- Track and review KPIs regularly and take action to close performance gaps
- Lead, coach, and develop all clinic teams to build capability, accountability, and a culture of growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and support regional initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (S1) in any field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-site operations, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, retail, or F&B
- Proven ability to lead teams in achieving operational and service targets
- Strong skills in planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of team performance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
