Port & infrastructure In Charge (PMO & MEP)
SITE MERAUKE
Key Responsibilities:
- As Port & Infrastructure In Charge, you will be report directly to Head of port & Infrastructure
- Lead the establishment, development, and continuous improvement of the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Port &Infrastructure Department.
- Coordinate with project managers and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Ensure effective execution and performance tracking throughout the life cycle of each project, including cost control, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
- Lead the identification, analysis, and management of project risks, including mitigating actions and contingency plans.
- Provide regular and detailed reports to senior leadership on the status of all active projects, including financial performance, risk assessment, schedule adherence, and progress toward goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO by evaluating the effectiveness of current project management practices, tools, and resources.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and other project personnel, providing guidance, professional development, and training on project management best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Civil/Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the port, infrastructure, or
- construction sector.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects from conception through to successful delivery, minimum executed USD 500 Mio Projects.
- Knowledge of Lean or Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
- Strong background in managing project portfolios and cross-functional teams in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Experience in strategic planning, resource management, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
