We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking
Head of Solution to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. As Head of Solution, you will oversee solution architecture and implementation strategies, ensuring scalability, security, and business alignment. You will collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and global technology partners to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions that create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution strategy and architecture across multiple domains: infrastructure, applications, security, and data/AI.
- Engage with enterprise clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end solution design, from planning to implementation, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery, operations, and global partners, to ensure seamless execution.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, providing insights and thought leadership on digital transformation trends.
- Build and mentor a strong team of solution architects and technical consultants.
- Represent the company in client discussions, industry forums, and partner collaborations.
- Drive innovation while ensuring solutions are cost-effective and aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in solution architecture or IT consulting, with exposure to infrastructure, applications, AI/data analytics, and security.
- Strong track record in designing and delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions across multiple industries.
- Excellent client engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on technical knowledge and business acumen.
- Proven leadership experience with ability to guide teams and manage complex projects.
- Fluency in English is required.
