We're Hiring: Senior Policy and Transformation
Metatech ID is looking for a Senior Policy and Transformation professional to support strategic policy improvement, government transformation initiatives, and technology-enabled public sector programs.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong exposure to government projects, policy analysis, organizational transformation, and data-driven problem formulation.
Role Overview
As a Senior Policy and Transformation, you will play a strategic role in supporting the improvement of government policies and transformation initiatives, including regulatory changes, organizational restructuring recommendations, governance alignment, and task/function optimization.
You will also help translate insights generated from technology platforms into sharper problem statements, intervention options, and policy recommendations that support government decision-making and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic input and policy recommendations related to government transformation initiatives
- Lead policy analysis related to regulation changes, organizational structuring, governance improvement, and task/function alignment
- Analyze data and insights generated from technology platforms to support policy formulation and intervention design
- Identify key problems, policy gaps, and improvement opportunities within government programs or institutional processes
- Develop clear problem statements, intervention frameworks, and recommendation papers for relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government counterparts to align policy and transformation objectives
- Review policy documents, project outputs, and analytical findings to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance
- Support decision-making by presenting structured analysis, recommendations, and strategic considerations to leadership or project stakeholders
- Guide team members in conducting policy research, data interpretation, and transformation-related analysis
Requirements — Senior Level
- Minimum Master's Degree (S2) in Public Policy, Public Administration, Law, Political Science, Economics, Management, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in managing projects with government institutions
- Strong experience in policy analysis, regulatory review, public sector transformation, or institutional reform
- Ability to translate data, research findings, and field insights into practical policy recommendations
- Strong understanding of government working processes, stakeholder management, and public sector governance
- Experienced in preparing policy briefs, recommendation papers, reports, or strategic transformation documents
- Strong analytical thinking, structured communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
Able to lead discussions, guide teams, and provide senior-level advisory input to project stakeholders
Salary Range: IDR 13,195,000 – 16,965,000 (depending on experience)
