Permit Technician

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work well in a team.
• Strong understanding of licensing systems within relevant government
• institutions and comprehensive knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Position based at the Head Office (Jakarta).

Job Description:

• Prepare administrative and technical documents, both for licensing purposes and for coordination with other departments.
• Record and maintain proper filing of issued permits and licenses.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing licensing processes.
