Job Description

Responsibilities

Support BD Manager in formulating business strategies and plans.
Conduct market research and identify new partnership opportunities.
Approach, negotiate, and secure agreements with potential partners or merchants.
Manage the partner pipeline and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to drive business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) for partnership execution.
Monitor partner performance and provide improvement recommendations.
Prepare regular reports and insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic data tools.
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work with multiple projects and targets.
