as the leading recruitment agencies, Adecco is currently supporting an Automation company for logistic and manufacturing sectors as Application Engineer that will be placed in Jakarta.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales team during the presales and project phases by supporting proposals, technical discussions, and product application solutions.
- Assist in conceptual engineering, project layout development, and execution of system design.
- Prepare detailed product layout designs, mechanical designs, technical drawings, and Bills of Materials (BoM).
- Design both standard and customized mechanical equipment and systems for logistics and material handling applications.
- Provide technical support and expertise to production and project operations teams during system assembly and onsite installation.
- Coordinate with factory teams regarding production schedules and delivery timelines to ensure project requirements are met.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide urgent maintenance support for systems installed at customer sites when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work for 4+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately, independently, and in a systematic manner.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and flexible in a fast-paced project environment.
