Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as filing, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee data.
  • Update and maintain the HR database to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee information.
  • Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to enhance company image as an attractive workplace.
  • Manage and update company content on job portals and social media platform to support recruitment and branding efforts.
  • Support the creation of content (photos, videos, copywriting) related to company culture, employee activities, and events.
  • Support internal engagement programs (events, campaigns, CSR activities) to strengthen employee experience and company culture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect employee stories, testimonials, and engagement materials.
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Final year student or recent graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources field
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Willing to work onsite
