About the role
We are looking for a Technical Presentation Specialist to help transform technical content into clear, polished, and executive-ready PowerPoint decks. You will work closely with subject matter experts to structure messages, refine wording, and improve slide design so that presentations look professional, consistent, and ready for senior business audiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex material into compelling visuals—without losing technical accuracy.
Key responsibilities:
Content editing & clarity
- Edit and polish technical content to be concise, structured, and easy to follow while maintaining accuracy.
- Improve narrative flow and slide logic (e.g., storyline, headings, key messages, takeaways).
- Proofread for grammar, consistency, tone, and professional business language.
PowerPoint production & deck enhancement
- Create and refine slides using strong layout discipline (alignment, spacing, hierarchy, readability).
- Apply formatting consistently across decks; ensure clean and presentable charts, tables, and diagrams.
- Use and maintain templates and brand standards; work within existing slide masters and design systems.
- Prepare presentations for different settings (internal leadership updates, client-facing decks, workshops).
Stakeholder collaboration & delivery
- Take a brief, clarify requirements quickly, and provide reliable turnaround.
- Manage multiple deck requests with tight deadlines while maintaining quality benchmarks.
- Communicate progress proactively and incorporate feedback efficiently.
Qualifications required:
- Strong English writing and editing skills (business/professional tone); confident in proofreading.
- Solid PowerPoint skills, including working with templates, layouts, and design consistency.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple deliverables with strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer-service mindset and ability to partner with stakeholders to land the best output.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Preferred / nice-to-have:
- Background in consulting/professional services, or experience preparing decks for leadership/client audiences.
- Familiarity with basic design fundamentals such as typographic hierarchy, readability, spacing, balance, and user-centric communication.
- Experience with visual enhancement tools or workflows (e.g., image editing, light diagramming), though not required.
What success looks like:
- Slides are business-ready: consistent formatting, strong visual hierarchy, clean layout, and clear messaging.
- Technical content becomes understandable and persuasive for non-technical stakeholders.
- Stakeholders trust you to make the deck look sharp with minimal back-and-forth.
