About the job Operation Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)
Multi-channel Support: Handle inquiries, orders, after-sales service, and complaints via phone, live chat and email
Bilingual Communication: Serve as liaison between Chinese headquarters, Chinese clients, and Indonesia local teams/vendors; translate documents and facilitate communication
Order & After-Sales Management: Process orders, track logistics, handle returns/exchanges, coordinate dispute resolution, and follow through until the issue is solved
Data & Feedback: Document customer issues, compile FAQs, optimize service workflows, and drive customer satisfaction improvement
Cross-functional Collaboration: Support marketing, operations, and logistics teams; participate in customer engagement activities and localization initiatives
Requirements
Preferred 1 year experience
College diploma or above, outgoing, proactive, good at communication, a team player, and possess excellent management, organizational, and coordination skills;
Familiar with Microsoft Office software
Language requirement : Indonesia, English and Chinese
