We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to join our team in the healthcare industry. This role will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage multiple ongoing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and prepare comprehensive reports, including identifying potential risks and issues
- Ensure project execution complies with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Support planning and implementation of project schedules and deliverables
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- At least 3 years of experience in project management and supervision, handling multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills
- Ability to prepare and present detailed project progress reports, including risk identification
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in construction cost estimation is an advantage
- Willing to travel for business trips as required
