Description
The Permit and Construction Application Engineer will be responsible for managing the permitting process for construction projects in Indonesia. This role involves ensuring compliance with local regulations, coordinating with government agencies, and providing support to project teams throughout the permitting process.
Responsibilities
- Review and process permit applications for construction projects in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure timely approval of permits.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports related to construction applications.
- Conduct site visits to assess project compliance with permit requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on permitting processes and regulations.
- Maintain records of all permit applications and approvals.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 5-15 years of experience in permit processing and construction application engineering.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental laws.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze technical documents and provide actionable feedback.
