WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, etc.) to achieve performance goals (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPL).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights to improve efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Data teams to align messaging, visuals, and analytics tracking.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates, landing page performance, and overall user journey.
- Provide recommendations to management for scaling successful campaigns and discontinuing underperforming ones.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
WHAT WILL YOU NEEDS:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 24 years of proven hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce.
- Preferred: Experience handling beauty or personal care brands (skin care, cosmetics, hair care, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of paid digital ads: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and e-commerce marketplace ads (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada).
- Excellent analytical skills; proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager, and marketplace ad dashboards.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for campaign tracking and reporting.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creative storytelling and analytical performance tracking.
- Up-to-date with the latest beauty consumer insights, e-commerce growth strategies, and social commerce trends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Fluent English communication (speaking, reading and writing)
