Identify existing and new fraud patterns / risks in Shopee Video and Shopee Live, i.e proactively / reactively look at possibilities of new modus operandi and loop hole with the current system that may impact the business negatively.
Keep track of fraud rate in Shopee Video and Live and its impacts to business metrics.
Assist in creating weekly reports and presentations on findings and updates regarding fraud in Shopee Video and Shopee Live.
Assist in creating new / updating existing content policies, including online training our Trainers team for on the ground implementation in Shopee Video and Shopee Live.
Assist in competitors intelligence & research.
Requirements
A Bachelors degree from a reputable local or overseas university.
Minimum 1 year of working experience; preferably in e-commerce / content platforms with content moderation, risk, or fraud background.
Proficient in Ms. Excel, Powerpoint; Google Sheets, Slides.
Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
Good communication and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both verbal and written.
Strong ownership, able to work fast under pressure and uncertainty.
