Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the P&C Associate Director Asia. The role will support day-to-day People & Culture (HR) operations including payroll processing, employee data & HRIS, benefits processing, HR documentation, onboarding & offboarding, recruitment and HR support, to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of services to all employees.
Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and recruitment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and payroll tax.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
