  1. Perform payroll process as per the timeline.
  2. Make a payroll report & present it to stakeholders
  3. Ensure payroll procedure & SOP comply with government policy
  4. Conduct tax, Pph, BPJS & overtime calculations.
  5. Review employee benefits, ensure the effectiveness, fairness & competitive

Job Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any degree
  2. At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  3. Required Skill(s): payroll, Ms. Office, Pph21
  4. Proficiency in Ms. Excel (formula, reporting) is a must.
  5. Have a good Analysis, Risk Management, Comben Strategy & Benefits knowledge
  6. Having good communication skills.
  7. Discipline, initiative & ability to work under pressure
  8. Willing to full WFO at Bandengan Selatan, West Jakarta
