Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, deductions, PPh 21 tax, and BPJS contributions.
  • Ensure payroll activities comply with Indonesian labor, tax, and BPJS regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and support improvements to existing policies.
  • Develop and maintain payroll and benefits procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Prepare payroll reports, monitor payroll costs, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners to resolve payroll issues and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of payroll experience, preferably handling end-to-end payroll processes.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations, PPh 21 taxation, and BPJS administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general understanding of HRIS / payroll systems.
  • Pay great attention to detail with clear communication, both in team and to employees
