Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with partners to support the companys strategic objectives.
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with potential strategic partners, focusing on mutual value creation and long-term collaboration.
Facilitate partnership agreements by aligning expectations, supporting negotiations on commercial terms, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new partners.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring seamless service delivery, including contract implementation, patient handling, result delivery, and resolution of partner concerns.
Proactively manage and maintain the partnership database, including tracking partner performance, engagement, and relevant market insights.
Strengthen partner engagement and retention by delivering consistent communication, sharing relevant updates on products, services, and initiatives, and identifying opportunities to add value to partners.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Business, or related field.
Minimum 34 years of experience in partnership management, key account management, or client relationship roles.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
Proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database management tools.
