Core Responsibilities
1. Client Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients.
2. Strategic Execution: Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies through comprehensive market analysis.
3. Track and report all sales activities, and support the learning and development of the sales team.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
1.5-10 years of valve automation sales experience.
2. Minimum 2 years of documented success in energy sector client acquisition(oil & gas preferred).
3. Experience in processing the ABL/ AVL.
Language:
English (business negotiation level) with a proven track record of cross-cultural communication
Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus
