Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
  • Design and implement operational improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
  • Develop and deliver training, coaching, and mentoring programs to build team capability and strengthen operational excellence.
  • Partner with business units to standardize best practices across branches and functions.
  • Lead change management and ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, or tools.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, supply chain, and business processes.
  • Familiarity with Toyota Production System (TPS) or other continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to drive change.
