Job Purpose:
Manage, design, and oversee the development of company business processes, including planning, implementation, and follow-up evaluation of company development programs to improve the effectiveness of work processes in the company's future business journey and increase competitiveness in facing future business challenges
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Process Improvement Program Plan : Identify business needs through gap analysis, detailed development program design, activity scheduling, and determination of relevant parties to ensure that the company's business processes run efficiently and in a coordinated manner.
- Managing business process improvement initiatives : Analyze business process obstacles with relevant teams to design applicable development programs, while providing coaching to ensure that all improvements remain aligned with the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction.
- Action taken on the implementation of business process improvement : Monitoring and reviewing the implementation of business process development programs with relevant parties on a regular basis, followed by evaluating their effectiveness and formulating necessary corrective actions.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management; strategic communication skills to coordinate with high-level stakeholders.
- Minimum 12–14 years in Business Process Improvement (BPI), with 5 years in a senior managerial position, including around 4-6 years in the field of Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI. preferably from the energy or heavy equipment industry.
- Methodology Expertise: Expert in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), ISO, and change management for large-scale operational efficiency.
- Data Literacy: Understanding of Data Science (data analytics and AI) utilization to support decision-making and business process automation.
- Strategy & Leadership: Able to design business development roadmaps, coach teams, and align subsidiary processes with the holding company's vision and mission.
