Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in IT Strategy, IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Planning, preferably in large-scale or regulated organizations.
- Proven expertise in IT strategy formulation, including development of IT master plans, technology blueprints, and multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with corporate and digital transformation objectives.
- Strong experience in IT planning and portfolio management, including governance of IT project portfolios, investment prioritization, budget control, and business value realization.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with IT governance frameworks and best practices (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO/IEC standards), including policy development, compliance management, and audit readiness.
- Demonstrated capability in IT partnership and vendor management, including performance management, SLA/KPI governance, service integration, and management of commercial and contractual risks.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business strategy into actionable IT initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives / Board of Director, cross-functional teams, and external partners effectively.
- Professional certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, PMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

IT Planning & Portfolio Management
Govern IT project portfolio execution and technology investments to ensure timely delivery, budget control, and measurable business value realization.
IT Governance & Policy Management
Develop, update, and enforce IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best-practice adherence to ensure consistency, compliance, and accountability by conducting IT Audit across all IT functions.
IT Partnership Management
ensures effective and value-driven relationships with IT partners by aligning partnerships with business and IT strategy, managing partner performance and service integration, governing risks and compliance, optimizing commercial value, and serving as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and external partners.
