We are looking for a highly driven and strategic HRGA Manager Site to oversee end-to-end Human Resources Operations and General Affairs operations Onsite. This role will play a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, employee engagement, and effective support for business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs
- Oversee general affairs including office management, facility maintenance, and procurement services
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Lead employee relations initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
- Manage HRGA budgets and optimize resource utilization
- Coordinate with department heads to address HR and general affairs needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HRGA roles with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and general affairs management
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HRIS and office management systems is an advantage
