Job Descriptions:
- Lead and execute IT strategies to support business growth and digital transformation.
- Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Drive innovation and ensure compliance with IT governance and data security standards.
- Collaborate with executives to align technology with business goals.
- Mentor and develop IT fellows and technical teams.
- Ensure business continuity through robust systems and disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in Manager role. An experience in IT/Start Up company is a plus.
- Proven track record in IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies
