Officer, Finance Accounting

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly costing and processing cost reports, including actual vs. budget variance analysis.
• Monitor cost performance, COGS, standard costing, and cost allocation, and provide insights to support cost control.
• Monitor inventory movements, aging, adjustments, and stock reconciliations, including gain/loss and variance analysis.
• Support stock counts, inventory verification, and inventory accounting to ensure accurate records in SAP.
• Manage fixed asset records and transactions, including capitalization, transfers, disposals, and depreciation.
• Monitor Asset Under Construction (AUC) and Capex spending, and prepare periodic asset and Capex reports.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and financial reporting by preparing accurate analysis and supporting schedules.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Warehouse, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial and operational data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Inventory Control, Financial Reporting, or Manufacturing Finance.
• Experience in manufacturing, processing, FMCG, commodity, or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Good understanding of cost accounting, inventory accounting, fixed assets, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with good analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with month-end closing, inventory reconciliation, and Capex/fixed asset monitoring is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willing to be based in Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta.
