Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting / Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in the same position.
- Required Skills: Ms. Office, ERP System, Google Workspace, & Accounting Systems.
- Good communication skills, neat, detail oriented and perform teamwork spirit.
- Work location: Morowali, Central Sulawesi & Sofifi, Halmahera Utara
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify payments and supporting documents.
- Record daily transactions in the system.
- Monitor payments and prepare client invoices.
- Maintain GL records and document filing.
- Handle PDO and PPDO.
- Check invoice accuracy before issuance and coordinate invoice matters with related teams.
- Update invoice and Air Waybill (AWB) records.
- Send invoices and supporting documents to clients.
- Handle other related administrative tasks.
