We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Manager (ME Manager) to lead our engineering projects in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, coupled with extensive project management experience. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and ensure compliance with safety standards while leading a team of engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mechanical and electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards in all engineering practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical and electrical systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-20 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering management.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, design principles, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
