Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Matcha Barista located in Denpasar. The Matcha Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving matcha-based and coffee-based beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include taking customer orders, explaining menu items, preparing drinks and desserts, and maintaining inventory.

• Barista and Food Preparation skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
• Effective Communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• A passion for matcha and Japanese tea culture
