Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cook Minangkabau at MakCiak located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Cook Minangkabau will be responsible for preparing authentic Minangkabau dishes, following traditional recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food quality and taste consistency.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills in preparing Minangkabau cuisine
• Knowledge of traditional Minangkabau recipes
• Experience in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure food quality and taste consistency
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Formal culinary education or certification is beneficial
