Marketing Specialist

PT First Jakarta International (FJI) is the owning company of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Building, one of the most prestigious office buildings located on SCBD. As our business continues to grow and we remain committed to strengthening tenant relationships while attracting new prospective tenants, we are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join us as Marketing Specialist and play an active role in maintaining occupancy levels and upholding the building's reputation as a premier choice for premium office space in Jakarta.

Role Description

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract building tenants/clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants
• Follow up on office space leasing prospects
• Prepare promotional materials (brochures, presentations, proposals) for the building
• Conduct market research on office leasing trends
• Coordinate with internal parties (leasing, building management) and external parties (property agents, prospective tenants)
• Arrange and accompany site visits/tours with prospective tenants
• Prepare periodic marketing and occupancy reports
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and leasing/marketing-related events

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Marketing Staff, preferably in a well-known/prestigious office building
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written — graduates of international schools are a plus
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Accustomed to working with targets and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proactive, highly motivated, able to work independently and in a team
• Network/connections in the commercial property industry is an advantage
