Sales And Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute group ticket sales strategies for schools, companies, and organisations (group booking)
• Identify and establish new partnerships with travel agencies, institutions, and communities
• Collaborate with the social media team to manage social media platforms and create creative promotional content to increase visitor numbers
• Handle customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Participate in tourism exhibitions and promotional activities both within and outside the city

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tourism, retail, or hospitality industry
• English language proficiency (additional foreign languages preferred)
• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in any field (Communications, Tourism, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Good conflict management capabilities and target-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
• Active and familiar with all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays if required
• Possession of driving licenses (SIM A and SIM C)
