Job Summary

Expand your career in a global company as Tetra Pak's Marketing Manager.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing professional who will play an important role on the Tetra Pak marketing team. As part of our highly motivated, diverse team you are delivering an integrated marketing approach to assigned customers, including products and services deployment plan. You are defining business opportunities for the market and customers based on consolidation and analysis of broad sets of market data; deployment of marketing programs as suitable per customer; by bringing voice of market to global teams, as well as deploying the promotional investment budget.

The Marketing Manager will report to the Marketing Director. The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

What you will do

As Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead the marketing interactions and engagement with assigned customers and prospects, to support their growth and innovation
  • Analyze and understand the market landscape and value chain, turning insights from category, channel, consumers into opportunities
  • Drive B2B Marketing to promote our products and solutions by accelerating Digital and Account Based Marketing, and Lead Management.
  • Build a strong understanding among diverse channels (retail, e-retail, food service) and identify new growth opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of the Market Growth Roadmap, identifying growth initiatives, develop and drive the business plan
  • Work with our specialists across many areas of marketing and beyond, including Marketing Services, Business Insights & Analytics Portfolio and Communications
  • Collaborate with other members of our marketing team and support cross functional teams and customers with market, category, and customer insights
  • Work with and manage multiple stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Business Development, Portfolio and Communications.
  • Provide relevant and qualitative input to new product requirements and innovation, based on value chain needs in key categories and target groups
  • Make relevant and qualitative use of research output for internal strategies and opportunities aligned with customers needs.
  • Manage Promotional Investment and marketing tools, ensuring compliance.


Profile description:

We believe you have
  • A degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent. Any Master studies will be considered a plus
  • At least 5 years Marketing experience in Consumer Packed Goods (CPG)
  • Strong experience in Digital Marketing, Account Based Marketing, Marketing Automation and Lead Management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong competency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A data-oriented mindset with the ability to develop insights and storytelling.
  • Great customer service skills and a go-getter attitude with a drive for results and thorough follow-up.
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Diligence and the ability to build trust quickly with strong integrity.
  • Interest and ability to identify market opportunities as well as develop value propositions for these opportunities.
  • Customer-oriented; abilities to discuss and negotiate marketing topics and support services.
  • Great communication skills. Fluency in English is required.
