Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develops both short and long term product strategies, prepares sales budgets, and conducts related analyses.
  • Reviews product specifications and requirements to recommend the scope and direction of current and future product lines.
  • Evaluates market competition by comparing company products with competitors, monitoring market trends, and updating and analyzing GfK data.
  • Identifies customer needs by defining necessary market research.
  • Drives new product launches by analyzing product requirements, assessing development programs, preparing ROI analyses, and coordinating timelines with manufacturing.
  • Supports successful product introductions through integrated plans across sales, advertising, and production.
  • Sets product pricing based on market research, production and sales costs, volume forecasts, and special or customized order costing, including FOB price management.
  • Manages PSI by optimizing inventory turnover and product availability through inventory and production schedule adjustments.
  • Creates anticipatory plans aligned with sales conditions and coordinates with the sales team to maintain performance.
  • Design, executed, and manages marketing programs, including both sell-in and sell-out activities.
  • Reviews and ensures compliance with government regulations.
  • Fulfills operational requirements by scheduling tasks, staff, and monitoring outcomes.
  • Supports employee performance through coaching, discipline, planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Contributes to overall team success by performing related duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be possess a Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience preferably in marketing/product planning and related function(s).
  • Have a good knowledge about AC/Washing Machine/Refrigerant/TV/etc.
  • Knowing how and what factors can affect perception of products especially in consumer goods.
  • Fluency in English, Plus point if fluent in Mandarin.
  • Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word).
  • Presentable, articulate, and excellent communication skill.
  • Good negotiation, detailed oriented & numbers friendly.
  • Good knowledge in product management, store management, retail, product policy, and PSI.
  • Good knowledge for budgeting and product pricing.
  • Must know how and what factors can affect perception product especially in home appliances electronics company.
  • Love and enjoy all things about the product planning.
