As part of this journey, this role will be hired under one of Blibli's subsidiaries, playing a pivotal part in strengthening partnerships with leading consumer electronics brands and delivering high-impact marketing excellence.

As a Product Marketing Manager for the Electronics Category, you will lead strategic relationships with principal brand partners, shaping joint business plans that elevate category performance and drive sustainable growth. You'll translate brand objectives into powerful marketing strategies, ensure flawless execution of campaigns, and maximize commercial impact across our omnichannel network. Acting as the key connector between brand principals and internal teams, you'll ensure alignment, clarity, and delivery at every stage.

Your work will strengthen our presence in the electronics market and support our mission to continue growth transforming together.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary liaison for principal brand partners on all marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with brand principals to drive long-term category and business growth.
  • Translate partner objectives into compelling collaboration proposals and effective marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing partnership programs, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of campaign KPIs.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze campaign results, and identify opportunities for category and brand growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, operations, merchandising, and finance to ensure seamless campaign execution and commercial alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvements in marketing processes and partnership efficiencies to enhance performance and partner satisfaction.
  • Protect and elevate the company's reputation by delivering high-quality, professional partnership management.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or partnership management.
  • Expertise in Price Waterfall execution with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of the consumer electronics industry; experience with principal brands is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
