Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of new initiativestranslating consumer insights, market trends, and brand direction into actionable product concepts and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop the full GTM plan for every new KOI product or initiative, covering launch strategy, messaging hierarchy, channel planning, content needs, rollout timeline, and store activation.
- Craft strong product positioning and communication angles to ensure each launch feels distinctly KOIpremium, innovative, and consistent with global brand standards.
- Partner with R&D and Operations to refine product concepts, ensure operational feasibility, and secure launch readiness across all outlets.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing & Creative teams to develop campaign assets, content calendars, key visuals, and promotional mechanics that drive awareness and conversion.
- Lead cross-functional alignment by orchestrating synchronised timelines across Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketing.
- Track and manage project timelines meticulously, anticipating roadblocks early and providing smart solutions to keep the GTM schedule intact.
- Build complete project documentation including GTM frameworks, launch requirements, tracking sheets, launch checklists, risk logs, and performance dashboards.
- Provide structured progress updates to key stakeholders, highlighting readiness, gaps, and strategic recommendations.
- Act as a brand guardian by ensuring product communication, visuals, store materials, and digital content maintain KOI's premium and consistent branding.
- Evaluate post-launch performance across marketing, sales velocity, customer feedback, and operational execution; translate insights into next steps or optimization plans.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand and product marketing, ideally in retail, e-commerce, tech or digital industry.
- Experienced in developing and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, including managing product launches from planning to execution.
- Strong project management, communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and able to analyze data & market performance.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage several projects.
