The Role
The Regional Marketing Manager (Server) is responsible for planning, activating, and coordinating AMD-led marketing activities across Server & Cloud business segments.
Responsible For 3 Marketing Pillars
- Regional Marketing Budget Management, ability to manage sub regions/regional role, with data-driven details
- Regional End Customer/ Partners Event management including Key Summit, Launch Events Customer Council and Seminars.
- Regional Digital, Social and Influencer Marketing - with skillset on digital advertising, ABM, and B2B influencer partnership.
The Person
The successful candidate for this role will report to the APeJ Server Marketing Lead and is responsible for planning and activating strategic marketing and channel programs for AMD's resellers and Distribution Partners.
She/He is also responsible for maintaining open communication lines between AMD Global Marketing, AMD Global OEM Marketing and AMD Regional Marketing teams in support of driving successful growth in server branded and server component devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic GTM to accelerate market share and drive the adoption of EPYC-based platforms.
- Coordinate and strengthen engagement with OEM, ODM, and SI partners at key industry and company-led events, particularly in sectors such as Telco and Cloud.
- Align and execute regional and centrally driven marketing programs in close coordination with Sales and Corporate Marketing teams.
- Manage project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure quality assurance and control across all deliverables.
- Deliver post-campaign debriefs and quarterly incentive program reports, including ROI analysis and performance insights.
- Develop and manage content nurturing streams and execute integrated marketing activationsranging from digital (e.g.SEM, media buys, webinars) to physical (e.g., OOH activations, events, account days).
Preferred Experience
- Relevant marketing experience in the server or data-center space, with strong knowledge of server hardware. Experience shaping marketing topics in cloud, telco, security, AI, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with delivering channel marketing/field marketing programs in the APAC region.
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI, with the ability to manage, analyse, and present data effectively.
- Experience in graphics design is a plus
- Project management experience working directly with cross-functional teams and multiple partners
- Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies that use ODM, SI, reseller, or distribution partnerships to grow market reach. Experience working with ecosystem partners like AWS, Azure, or Google is a plus.
- Experience in B2B Account-Based Marketing; Able to demonstrate lead generation journey, from use of data about Customer Segmentation, developing key marketing assets/campaign/engagement platform, and eventually developing lead generation and close loop process of leads to pipeline with sales.
