Content Creation & Management Lead production of high-quality content (visual, video, written) for web, social, PR, and sales collateral; manage content calendar to align with business goals. Digital Marketing Manage and optimize performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, CRM, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads. PR & Communications Build and manage media relationships, prepare press releases, and drive storytelling that enhances brand visibility. Business Development Identify and pursue new opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to increase guest bookings and real estate sales. Campaign Management Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns, track ROI, and adjust strategies based on analytics. Sales Support Work closely with property sales and reservations teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
