Job Description:
We are looking for a visionary and creative Marketing Manager with strong analytical skills to lead our marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies (digital & offline) aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage the marketing team while collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, etc.).
- Strengthen brand awareness and improve the companys market positioning.
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media ads, email marketing).
- Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance based on KPIs and ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and vendors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 23 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEO tools, etc.).
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset combined with creativity.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with target-driven objectives.
- Previous experience in e-commerce / OTA / hospitality is a strong plus.
