About the Role

We are looking for adynamic and strategic Marketing Managerto lead the growth of our brand across both digital and traditional channels. This isnt just about running campaigns its about building a360 marketing ecosystemthat connects performance-driven digital ads, impactful offline activations, brand partnerships, and creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership Build and execute 360 marketing strategies (digital, offline, partnerships, PR, events) aligned with business goals. Work closely with creative, sales, and operations teams.
  • Digital Marketing & Performance Manage paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok), SEO/SEM, CRM, and retargeting. Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel metrics to optimize performance and media spend.
  • Brand Campaigns Plan and deliver online + offline campaigns (social, influencers, billboards, activations) with strong storytelling and consistent brand presence.
  • Partnerships Identify and manage collaborations with brands, influencers, and communities to boost reach, credibility, and customer acquisition.
  • Social Media & Content Oversee strategies across IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube. Guide content creation to drive engagement, growth, and conversions.
  • Acquisition & Retention Run customer acquisition funnels, referral programs, and loyalty initiatives. Partner with CRM teams to increase retention, repeat value, and upselling.
  • Data & Insights Track, analyze, and report performance. Test new channels and formats, and present actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years of experiencein marketing, with proven exposure to both digital and offline campaigns.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital marketing tools and customer lifecycle management including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, CRM systems, and customer acquisition & retention strategies.
  • Strong project management skills able to run multiple campaigns end-to-end.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in agency, FMCG, retail, or pet-related industry is a plus.
