Manage the marketing budget and optimize resource allocation to ensure maximum ROI.
Build and nurture KOL & influencer partnerships, track campaign performance, and drive impact.
Oversee CRM programs and customer journey strategies to enhance engagement and lifetime value.
Plan and implement offline activations and brand experiences that support sales and visibility.
Drive community initiatives and brand advocacy through both digital and offline channels.
Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Creative) for 360 campaign execution.
Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, including sales growth, customer feedback, and brand positioning.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
35 years of relevant experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in beauty, grooming, or lifestyle brands.
Proven track record in performance marketing, CRM, influencer marketing, and event activation.
Experience in community engagement and building customer loyalty.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving.
