If you are someone with:

• Minimum of 5 years in planning or creative role (art director, copywriter, creative lead), preferably from brand, social media agency, advertising agency or related divisions from brands.
• Bachelor&aposs degree In graphic designs, fine arts, visual communication, marketing or related field is preferred.
• Exceptional conceptual skills (design, video, motion and expertise in design tools) will be an additional points, strong ability to direct and lead creative work.
• Experienced in managing creative team, guiding projects from conceptual until delivery with high standards in visual.
• Team player, able to manage multiple projects at the same time and deliver the projects on time.
• Knowing and following about current trends in creative field which suitable with smartphone industry.

And you are ready to be:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of branding principles and apply them effectively in creative work.
• Always eager to learn the industry and connecting with current trends in creative industry which suitable to apply for industry.
• Lead and inspire the team or third party, fostering in collaboration, creativity in excellence in execution.
• Able to plan strategic campaign of new product launch including the contents planning.
• Taking ownership of projects from concept until completion, overseeing all stages of campaign and productions and ensuring the on time delivery.
• Cultivate open minded culture, respect and collaboration within the team.
• Demonstrate independence, initiative, and problem-solving skills in addressing challenges.
