Indonet have an exciting opportunity to recruit Manager, Regional Finance & Accounting to our business.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

  • Bachelors degree or above in Finance and Accounting disciplines.
  • A Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, financial modelling or financial accounting, preferably in an MNC
  • Experience in telecommunications / digital infrastructure sectors is beneficial.
  • Experience in companies with international operations
  • Excellent excel financial modelling and financial and data analysis skills.
  • A team player willing to be hands on in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Strong project management, presentation, communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, and proficiency in one of Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Bahasa.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and maintains high quality of work .
  • Need flexible work schedule to accommodate Asia business hours.
  • Travel will be required on a need basis.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Drive overall planning, reporting and financial analysis process for selected countries in the group, including China, India and Philippines.
  • Perform detailed analysis on financial and operational trends in the business to provide insight for decision making support
  • Conducts presentations related to findings and provides recommendations to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Supervise the design, development and maintenance of monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting
  • Lead efforts to capture planning assumptions and leverage them to produce financial projections for capital expenditure and operational expense for the Group
  • Identify cost management opportunities (processes or expenses) for ensuring improved profitability and sustainable returns for the business.
  • Support system enhancements and testing in financial reporting and planning platforms (i.e. Onestream, Power BI, other)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across local businesses and group functional leaders across Engineering, Construction, Operational and IT
  • Support interactions with Digital Edges majority investor - Stonepeak - and board members regarding FP&A
  • Work on strategic and M&A projects
  • Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization.
