Job Descriptions :
1. Journal entry and prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
2. Oversee the management of outstanding debts, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
3. Collaborate with treasury team to manage cash flow.
4. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and other legal requirements.
5. Identify trends, variances, and potential risks or opportunities, providing insights to improve financial performance.
6. Collaborate with management and other departments (e.g., legal, sales) to resolve financial issues, not limited to communication with several branches in Indonesia.
7. Communicate effectively with external auditors, clients, and financial institutions.
Requirements :
1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. More than 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a collection, financial services company or audit/accounting firms with multi-region branches.
3. Experience with accounts receivable management and debt collection processes is highly desirable.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry-specific standards.
5. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Excel, etc).
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
9. High level of integrity and attention to confidentiality.
