This is a full-time, on-site Manager role located at the Natura Resort & Spa in Ubud, Bali. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including coordinating staff, maintaining high-quality service standards, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing logistics, addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, implementing efficient workflows, and driving sales and revenue growth. The Manager will also work closely with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Customer service excellence, conflict resolution abilities, and a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in operational planning, problem-solving, and resource allocation.
• Experience in hospitality or resort management is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Ability to work on-site in Ubud and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
