Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Denpasar for a Duty Manager at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas. As a Duty Manager, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and addressing guest concerns promptly. Responsibilities include supervising front desk services, coordinating with various departments to maintain smooth operations, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will also handle emergency situations, monitor overall property conditions, and lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Operational skills: Experience in hotel operations management, including front office management, team coordination, and handling guest relations.
  • Leadership and team management: Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, maintain staff morale, and enforce service standards effectively.
  • Problem-solving and communication: Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in conflict resolution, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
  • Customer service skills: A proactive and service-oriented approach, dedication to providing excellent guest experiences, and keen attention to detail.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with luxury hotel standards, property management systems, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Educational background: A degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred, combined with prior experience in a similar role.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
